I believe that this is an example of the first edition of this rather infamous book. When one compares it to the version at hathi trust

also supposedly published in 1941, one notices that the latter version has quotes from reviews and states that this is the only book that made the Nazis afraid. The close observer also notices that the latter edition also contains a table of contents and stars over the title, which are not in this version.
This copy is a clear crisp scan of a "Very Good condition" example of the first edition, with some critical marginalia written in pencil.
As indicated above, this book was picked and used for propaganda purposes in National Socialist Germany, particularly in a pamphlet by Wolfgang Diewerge "The War Goal of World Plutocracy" reproduced below

The book remains popular in White Nationalist circles as evidence of their revisionist history of World War II.
